Web design

Work from 2017 to 2021
I started my design journey designing enterprise productivity web apps. I had a lot of fun designing various large, complex interactions and features. It was a chapter in my journey where I gained deep knowledge of web interaction patterns, sharpened my user research skills, learned content design best practices, and formed my design thinking and process. I'll always be grateful for that experience, and productivity design will always hold a special place in my heart.
Talent management –
Dynamics 365 for Talent
Dynamics 365 for Talent is a suite of recruiting applications. I designed and owned three applications and multiple large, complex feature areas spanning the entire recruiting funnel.
Applying for a job
The Candidate Experience is at the beginning of the recruiting funnel and serves as the customer's career site, where candidates can explore and apply for jobs. In 2018, I redesigned the entire experience to address funnel drop-off issues, resulting in a 20% increase in conversion rates.

Scheduling interviews
Attract is the core offering in the Talent suite, designed to help hiring managers and recruiters hire talent. One of its key features, Scheduler, simplifies interview scheduling for recruiters and dedicated schedulers.
Scheduler was the first feature I worked on in Attract from 2017 to 2018. Initially, I worked closely with the interaction designer to bring wireframes into high-fidelity designs, then became the design owner and continued to improve the experience and introduce new capabilities.

Sending an offer letter
Offer is another modular app in the Talent product suite, helping HR manage and send offer letters to candidates. The project began unexpectedly on July 25, 2017, when a cryptic “Offer management intro” meeting invite landed in my inbox—soon after, I learned I’d be designing a brand‑new app almost entirely on my own.
I worked on Offer for about a year, and it remains the most fun UX project I’ve done—both for the opportunity to envision and design it from scratch, and for the complex, detailed interactions I got to create. By the end of that year, Offer had grown into a rich application with a wide range of functionality.

Creating an onboarding guide
Onboard is the module at the end of the hiring funnel, enabling hiring managers to create onboarding guides for new hires.
Onboard held another special place in my early career—it was my first project at Microsoft. I worked on it from 2017 to 2018, and soon after joining, I became the design owner. I gave the product a fresh look and added many new features. Over time, it grew into a rich, engaging experience.

Dynamics 365 for Marketing:
Customer Experience
In 2020, our team began working on Dynamics 365 for Marketing, a suite of applications designed for marketers. I designed and owned the event orchestration feature, which helps marketers create and manage events to reach customers.
